By accessing or using topebikesale.com (the "Site"), placing an order, or booking a test ride, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Tope may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Tope. Riders under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and supervision as required by local law.

Some electric bikes and scooters are subject to local age, licensing, helmet, and speed regulations. It is your responsibility to confirm what applies where you plan to ride before purchasing.

We make a good-faith effort to keep specifications, images, and pricing accurate. Because every model is tested by our own team before listing, spec figures reflect our test conditions and may vary from your real-world results based on rider weight, terrain, temperature, and tire pressure.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time an order is confirmed are the prices that apply to that order.

In the rare case a listed price is a pricing error, Tope reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Submitting a quote request or order does not guarantee product availability. Availability is confirmed once Tope follows up directly.

Payment is processed through the method agreed with your Tope sales contact at time of purchase. Tope does not store full payment card numbers.

Shipping timelines, carriers, and restrictions are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Some high-speed models may be restricted from shipping to certain states or municipalities due to local regulations.

Every Tope eBike and scooter carries a 2-year warranty on the frame and motor, and a 1-year warranty on the battery and electronics, from the original date of delivery to the original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover normal wear items (tires, brake pads, grips, cables), damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product's rated conditions.

Riding an electric bike or scooter carries inherent risk of injury. By purchasing or test riding a Tope product, you acknowledge that risk and agree to wear appropriate safety gear, obey local traffic laws, and ride within your skill level.

Tope is not liable for injury, property damage, or third-party claims arising from misuse, failure to wear protective equipment, or violation of local vehicle regulations.

All content on this Site — text, graphics, spec data, and review content — is the property of Tope or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tope is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or its products, beyond the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tope is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
