The Metro C3's Gates-style belt drive is the headline feature, and after 200 commuting miles it's lived up to it — no lube, no skipped shifts, no chain grease on pant legs.
Real-world range came in around 42 miles on rolling terrain, meaningfully under the 55-mile flat-ground claim. Budget for that gap if your commute has hills.
The integrated (non-removable) battery is the one design choice that will frustrate commuters who charge at a desk rather than a garage outlet.
